The problem

        with auto tuning; that it doesn't sound like the same person. I do get tired of the same person, maybe this is why auto-tune has its appeal for some. 

   Moreover it doesn't satisfy. The attuned music doesn't satisfy, the need for  the ears to quest  for the missing gods. I'm thinking Valinor and the straight plane where they used to reside , opposed to the earth which is   curved  and surrounded by heavy air . I haven't  known many musicians to depart this earthly sphere ; one of them I was able to evoke, sense or  appreciate at least through a musical  composition .  It presented a straight  plane rather than a conformist curve .

    Perhaps some people mutilate themselves , get haircuts or pierce their ears  in order to get this feeling of searching for the lost gods , or Elohim , archangels rather ; and those  tuned into them  might look quite odd or ungainly to us mere disconnected mortals .

     Paradoxically, some of the most questionable sounds , distortions and so forth satisfy the inner need ( presumptuous to call it an outer need )  and the evildoers (music producers ( some of them)) , club-goers, revelers may be cutting themselves off from their own tribe .
